DEEPVESSEL® Cardisight

A coronary CT angiogram analysis software based on deep learning
DEEPVESSEL Cardisight is in development and has not been reviewed by regulatory agencies. This product is not for sale.

DEEPVESSEL Cardisight is an AI-based medical software for viewing and analyzing cardiac CT data to determine the presence and extent of coronary plaques and stenosis in patients with suspected coronary artery disease.

After the upload of the studies, the software applies deep learning algorithms to identify high-quality images, segment, label, and reconstruct the coronary arteries.

Together with DVFFR, we want to provide a complete picture of CAD in terms of anatomy, physiology, and plaque information to help physicians confidently assess a patient’s risk for coronary artery disease and provide a personalized treatment plan.

DeepVessel Cardisight-2021CMEF

Essential Features

  • Automated coronary artery reconstruction – 2D and 3D coronary artery
models, CPR, SPR and cross-sectional and axial images
  • Coronary artery origin and dominance analysis
  • Plaque, myocardial bridges, and stents detection and analysis
  • Physician report (summarizing all the findings, CAD-RADS)

Advanced Features

FAI Analysis

The pericoronary fat attenuation index (FAI) has emerged as a novel imaging biomarker of coronary inflammation. The quantitative FAI analysis module was developed to satisfy the users’ research needs in terms of the correlation between the FAI index and plaque vulnerability.

  • Automated segmentation and visualization of perivascular adipose
    tissue (PVAT)
  • Automated FAI calculation
  • High-risk notification will be triggered once the FAI is greater than the cutoff value (>-70.1HU)
  • Quantification information can be exported to a CSV file

TAG Analysis

  • Automated TAG analysis for all three major coronary branches
  • Supports users to add new vessels to perform the analysis
  • Linear coefficient diagram for each vessel
  • Quantification metrics and results can be exported to a CVS file.

Follow-up Analysis

  • Lines up the two studies of the same patient and generate a quantification report table and a histogram, per patient, per vessel, and per plaque basis.
  • Evaluate the disease progression and improve the efficacy of the treatment.
